Beginning with the 2026 Spring season, Little League International introduced the "SAFE to Play" program, which replaced its previous "A Safety Awareness Plan (ASAP)". SAFE to Play is Little League’s annual compliance and recognition program. It sets the standard for how leagues demonstrate safety readiness each season, communicate safety expectations within their community, and qualify for insurance credits and grant opportunities. On an annual basis, Enfield Little League surveys its fields and submits pertinent maintenance information to Little League International. In addition, SAFE Summary Builder is utilized to ensure adequate review of safety policies and procedures.
