2026 Enfield Little League Spring Baseball is designed to find the best level of play for every player. Players learn the basics, then build their skills and appreciation for the game within the dynamics of team play. 

Players should play two years in each division, subject to Evaluation. Evaluations are scheduled for the afternoon on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Enfield High School (times will be sent out). That day will be rain or shine.

Registration will close on February 28, 2026. Late registration through the evaluation date will be available on a wait list basis. After evaluations, late registrations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis of age/level.

Teams are built in order from highest to lowest levels. As teams are built coaches will start to reach out to their players and start scheduling practices; which won't start till after the town officially opens the fields for practice and the coaches have had their safety training. Every team will have an opportunity to at least 1 practice/meet n greet prior to opening day. Opening day is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026. Practices for Tee Ball/Single A generally begin the week or two before opening day. Upper divisions normally will start as early as the end of March/beginning of April (weather and fields availability pending).

For those new to baseball. T-ball and Single A will typically have 1 weeknight practice and 1 Saturday practice/game. Upper levels have between 2 and 3 baseball activities (practices/games) per week.

We utilize all of our fields each day of the week, each team will be assigned a field and day/time to practice once all of our teams have been created, approximately 2 weeks after evaluations. When registering, put in the notes if you are playing another sport/activity and/or days unavailable and we will do our best to place you on a team that practices a different day of the week, but no guarantees.

Basic rule of thumb for ELL age rage for division. 

T-Ball 4-5 and first year 6 years olds (typical season runs from end of April till end of June)

A-Ball 5-6 and first year 7 year olds (typical season runs from end of April till mid-July)

AA-Ball 7-9 and first year 10 years olds (typical season runs from mid April till mid-July)

AAA-Ball 9-11 and first year 12 years olds (typical season runs from first week of April till mid June)

Majors - 10-12 years old (typical season runs from first week of April till mid June)

50/70 11-13 years old (typical season runs from first week of April till mid June)

New for 2026 JUNIORS 13-16 (estimated season end of April till early July)

* Little League age is the actual age of a child as of August 31 of the current year.
